The Research Division motor pool is officially open. Hub vehicles are fully drivable rides with real handling and a boost button, because walking to the pet store is for people who still think the moon landing footage was shot in one take. Hop in, hold the wheel, and terrorize absolutely no one, since these are cosmetic and the playing field stays level. Most of the garage is free for everyone. A few special rides are reserved for investigators who fund the operation.
